Instructions
- Bring the cream, milk, sugar (optional), and vanilla seeds to a boil.

- Strain the mixture using a sieve.
- Put the gelatin leaves in cold water to soften them

- Take the dariole molds and pour the mixture into the dariole molds (about 80g each).
