  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)
  • BBQ sauce or mayonnaise (optional)

Instructions

Making Biscuits:

  1. First of all; preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in
  3. Add the butter, and knead using your fingertips until it forms coarse grains.
  4. Little by little pour in the milk, stirring until the dough can be formed.
  5. Now it’s time to form the dough, make the dough into small circles about 1 cm thick, then bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked or golden brown.

Cooking the Filling:

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the bacon, and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Continue in the same pan, and now add the butter and garlic. Add the sliced ​​steak, salt, and pepper. Cook to your liking (medium or well-done).
